During your apprenticeship at CONCET-IT, you learn to plan, set up and maintain IT systems. You are part of the team from day one and get to know the tools we use every day in client projects. The apprenticeship usually takes three years; the start date can be arranged.
Your responsibilities
- Set up, maintain and secure workstations, servers and networks
- Help colleagues and clients with technical questions at the helpdesk
- Get hands-on with Linux, Windows Server, Docker and cloud services
- Help look after monitoring and backups
- Automate and document recurring tasks with scripts
- Contribute to real client projects
What you bring
- A school-leaving qualification, or you are about to finish one. Which one matters less to us than your interest in IT.
- Interest in technology and how systems fit together; first experience, for example with your own PC or home network, is a plus
- Logical thinking and a structured way of working
- Enjoying helping others with technical questions
- German and English that let you communicate in the team and read English documentation
- Team spirit and reliability
